Instructor was away so Dad and I did our own session.
5 mins bike
Squats: 5x45kg, 5x50, 5x55, 5x60, 1x65 (fail)
Then 5 rounds of: Squat 6x 45kg, box jumps x 12 and KB (12kg) x 18.
10 mins rowing.
My legs cramps up on the last squat which I didn't quite make. Having trouble walking downstairs now.
