Achilles rehab run with Cathy at Peter Murrell. Both of us were suffering a bit from the gym but it was quite pleasant after a while.

I was planning to ride home but we got evacuated from the building due to a burst gas main and couldn't get my bike, helmet or shoes. Nice to get home early at least.

Did a lot of manual labour today and manage to twist/sprain my elbow when I overbalanced with a wheelbarrow full of chook shit. Felt OK during yoga but by that evening elbow was really sore.
