Ride in on my lonesome with a fairly strong northerly which will no doubt have become a southerly by the time I ride home.

During this class I learned two things:
1. I am totally uncoordinated
2. I never want to get into a fight with Cathy

At Woodbridge. Wanted to to the power clean session but chicken-shit elbow still too sore. So did the other session which wasn't too hard.

Achilles rehab run with Cathy at Peter Murrell. Both of us were suffering a bit from the gym but it was quite pleasant after a while.
