Strong north-westerly. Felt like I was going backwards along Sandy Bay Road.

Ride in on my lonesome with a fairly strong northerly which will no doubt have become a southerly by the time I ride home.

1. I am totally uncoordinated
2. I never want to get into a fight with Cathy

At Woodbridge. Wanted to to the power clean session but chicken-shit elbow still too sore. So did the other session which wasn't too hard.
