Nice run at Peter Murrell with Cathy. This is the longest run I have done in a while and the first that has been Achilles-pain-free in over six months.

A long, low intensity session. Felt pretty tired at the end but in a different way to lunch time torture session.

Fantastic walk-run with Cathy on the mountain. Walked up hill and ran most of the downhill and flat bits. My achilles held up well.

It was a gorgeous clear day and we could see all the way to Federation Peak in the southwest. Amazing.

Ladder-style circuit which made me sweat a lot. Didn't quite make it to the top of the ladder.

I was going to go orienteering in Taroona but due to my own incompetence, didn't. Went for an Achilles rehab run at Kingston Beach instead.
