cycling 50:00 [3]

To work. Tires were a bit flat.

cycling 50:00 [3]

And home again. Got passed by three women on flashy bikes with all the gear just before the climb up Bonnet, only to pass them about a minute later as they slowed to a crawl. They were nowhere to be seen by the time I reached the top. A small victory for my crappy commuter bike.

hiking 3:00:00 [3]

Fairly wet and cold jog-hike on Mt Wellington Cathy. We had intended to climb Collins Bonnet but snow and wind and general CBF when we got to the base turned us around early. Very misty at times - Cathy commented that it felt like we were escaping from the Apocalypse - but the weather cleared a bit on the return journey which meant we could actually see the peak we should have climbed.

yoga 40:00 [3]

Set out to do some 'restorative' online yoga with Dani but in a case of false advertising, it turned out to be a fairly strong power flow class. Which I am sure was good for us.
