Cross training 45:00 [3]

Tortuous lunchtime torture session.

running 20:00 [3]

So I was semi-planning to go orienteering today or at least for a run on Kingston Beach. But when I got to my car (17 mins walk) I discovered that I had left my keys in my locker back at work. So I ran back over Battery Point (up Nanny Goat lane and down Kelly's Steps), picked up keys and ran back to car (up Kelly's Steps etc). Was disappointed to discover the total time for these two runs was on only 20 mins, since those steps felt SO easy after all that lunchtime torture.

Believe it or not this is the second time I have done this - the last time was a bit more stressful though because I left keys in the outside bike cage lock as I was riding and didn't get them back until the next day.

Moral of the story: I am an idiot. But at least I am a fit idiot.
