Cross training 50:00 [3]
Tabata/torture session on my own so good on me. Bike, squat jumps, plank, kettle ball walking lunges, superman, box jumps. Need a new Tabata app though, this one doesn't give me a rest between each activity (but I took one anyway - maybe 30 sec to a minute). Would be good to be able to time this but doesn't seem to be an option.
