8 x 50kg, 12 x 47.5 kg then 15 x 45 kg then back up again. Interspersed with box jumps and sit ups. 5 rounds. Thought I'd see if I could do the biggest box for my jumps and had no probs. Not quite Anna Mears territory but an improvement.
Alum cliffs run that turned into a run walk from halfway when I got a bad calf cramp that no amount of stretching could alleviate. On the plus side, Achilles felt good.
