Less than minimum chips run with Cathy out at Pittwater, which I felt bad about as run was my suggestion. Calf suddenly got really sore at 10 minutes and stayed that way so we walked back, accidentally disturbing two gentleman having a lovely time in the dunes. It was pretty windy too so I couldn't help thinking they must have ended up with a lot of sand in the butt crack.
Pine Forest walk via Paul's new track with Dani. Escorted Dani as far as Whitton's Rd then ran back via the waterfront loop until my calf started to hurt (about half an hour) then walked home. More yoga and massage required.
Collins Bonnet with Cathy, Jon, Jett, Zali, Miley and Bricky. We made it to the top this time but it was misty and rainy so no view. Tried out my new hiking pack and waterproof pants.
Tabata session with niece and nephew. They did brilliantly but balked at the final round of squat jumps so I suffered that one on my own while they warmed down on the treadmill.
