SRC Long Hills in town. Bottom of Slug Rd up to Heugh, keep going hard up to County Hotel then easy back down to the start. Straight into next rep. 4 reps.
Tough session, worked hard to speed up on 3 and 4.

Note

Nursing a bit of an ingrowing toenail... badly cut the night before Comrie and it's been hurting ever since. Can't get to it myself but worried if I go get it sorted it will make toe worse before Glencoe...

Less motivated this week to run. Need some oomph back.

Billy no mates hill reps @ Dendoldrums hill in Inverbervie. Dropped off boys at Beavers then wee warmup around Townhead and West Park before reps. Planned to do 3/4/3 but did 4/4/2 instead (wanted 4/4/4 but time to get back for boys)
Hard work, slightly loose track surface, bit dizzy on #9 and car came down track on #10 but still quick.
