Running hills with a hangover sucks big time. Run from Tyrebagger car park around Elrick to steps, up and over Brimmond them loop around South side before climb back to summit, back down to steps then up Elrick steps to loop trail before winding way through Woods back to car.

Tummy never happy and lungs bursting on 1st climb up over Brimmond. Horrid feeling. Never enjoyed any of it but views were amazing. Not been there for years.

MTB at Strathfinella Hill. Trying to find trails and fun descents. Harder than expected. Bone shaking on my hardtail. Oh so wish I had a full sus bike.

SRC Long Tempo
Tough session, quick warmup then 20 mins out and 20 back. Started needing a pee so stopped at bottom of Woodcot Brae, lost my group, forgot to start watch again til top of brae. Oops.

Lost track of time I was on as watch doing mile splits so turned back a bit early, but OK as calves tightening so didn't need to break myself.

Pushed on fairly strong towards end but getting sore. Very easy warmdown

Easy 3 miles around the village to try and loosen the sore calves. Felt OK most of way, calves not too bad, heel striking helped a bit to ease them.
