Easy trot along the coast from Cambo House where we were staying, through Kingsbarns Golf Course and along Fife Coastal Trail towards Balcomie. Never feeling like I was strong, found the beach sections a bit slippy on wet seaweed.
Nice run but nothing amazing.

SRC Long Hills - tough wee session. Bottom of Slug Rd up to Heugh, along Westfield to County, down Arduthie Rd to Princess Rd. Active recovery down. Straight into short loop up to Princess Rd and to Arduthie junction. Active recovery.
Repeat both in continuous loop.
Coach made us do one more long rep for bonus after I thought we were done.
