Testing my courses for the Feb 18th event (we won't be here). I had designed the courses on paper, and Mike hung streamers this morning. i wanted to see how the courses worked for the participants, plus get some time on my feet. Started with beginner course, as a warm up. Walked at the start, moved faster as I progressed.

After I was warmed up (in was in the 20s today) I ran the advanced course. Started out hard, but got tired by the end. Was disappointed to make a few mistakes on the course, but happy to have worked hard the whole time.

Only wanted to be out for another 30 minutes or so, so I did part of the intermediate course. Really tired by now, so I did a lot of walking. Clean navigation.
