My trainer canceled due to two sick kids today, so I switched up my training plan for the week and ran/walked my hot 'n hilly loop. I sweated a lot. I was wearing an old-fashioned headband, made me look very silly like John McEnroe or an 80s aerobic instructor. I didn't care.
