Today’s set:
20x walking lunge, 15 lbs
15x leg presses, 70 lbs
15x glute bridges
15x TRX row
15x band press, half way out, then full out
15x lateral arm raises with 3 lb weights

I knew I was in trouble on the last one when he handed me the 3 lb weights. We don’t usually do shoulder work or that low weight. My shoulders were burning in this one.
