I'm a person who needs novelty and adventure and lately there hasn't been much in my life. So when I saw the weather was going to be warm this weekend, I decided it was the perfect time to sign up for a zipline. This one goes from tower to tower down the hill. I'm not fond of heights, so the toughest part was just stepping off the tower for the first time. The trees are starting to change colors, and there was a nice view of KC and the Kaw. It was lovely.

I wore my HR monitor to see if adrenaline caused my HR to spike. It did not. I only kept the time that my HR was above a resting pace. Not much!

I had fun on my little adventure for the day.
