Tried something new tonight, and pedaled for 20 minutes on a "pedal" unit (a floor unit, just pedals that go round and round). Hey, I needed something for cross-training and it only cost $25. Not a hard aerobic workout, but I felt it in my quads (which may say a bit abut the strength of my quads more than anything else...) Knee is feeling OK, but I continue to ice it three times a day.
