A good day to run my SMP test loop. Temp was 40, very little snow left on the ground, and I got a good night's sleep.

I pushed the pace, and felt OK. Definitely seeing an improvement in running ability.

I glanced at my watch near the end, and realized that I might actually do "it" this time. So I pushed on and raced to the finish. I did it! First ever sub 10 minute/k on a 10K course! Pretty commonplace for most folks on AP, but it was a Major Personal Accomplishment. Yahoo! Time to celebrate.

Wyandotte test loop. I was hoping to beat one hour, but I messed up the last control (thinking about time instead of orienteering). Still need to work on: keeping a straight line while going up and over a hill; keeping track of where I am on a trail.

Consistency: 15.5% Time lost 7.5%
