Walked briskly around the "sprint" course at SMP. The straight line distance was 4K, through lots of tall grass. This was the hardest physical activity I have done in a while. Lots of various aches and pains from sore muscles that have gotten used to sitting still on the couch, but no foot pain.

I was very tempted to run, but I listened to Valerie, and stuck to walking.

Podiatrist visit today. She poked, she proded, she squeezed. Not a single wince of pain. She agreed: I'm done! So happy to remove the "injured" from my profile.

I might try a power walk tonight. I will start my "back-to-running" plan next week.

Power walk at SMP. Felt fine. Kept it short

Nice to see so many people in the park. I may have seen more people than deer. I think the controlled hunt is next month. Is it too cruel for me to laugh at people who are all excited to see a deer as they drive through SMP?
