I wasn't quite sure what I was going to do for training today but I knew it would be fairly light, and not involve any running. Turns out I was on my feet a lot working on the house. Lots of trips up and down the stairs, between the laundry and guest room. Plus Mike's mom came over "just to show us which plants wouldn't survive the winter" which turned into a major outdoors clean up and mulching. Altogether, I think I can safely log a few minutes of training for the day. And the house looks much better, inside and out.
