Day 1 of my Lawrence Alternate A meet. 30 degrees, 5 inches of snow
Mike, Kevin, Raymond and I did some training at Rockcrusher. Mike had drawn some route choice legs. We each chose a different route and met up at the control, then started the process again. After 3 controls, I decided to head back towards the car, while the guys repeated the legs in reverse order. Hard work moving through the snow, but a very fun exercise.
After wards, I continued to pretend we were in GA with Raymond. So what would we have done? Gone out to lunch, then watch basketball and football in the hotel room. So, we invited Raymond over for lunch and proceeded to watch sports.

PTOC One Hour score O event at SMP. It's a good way to use a familiar park. I was sleepy at the start, so I wasn't moving fast. But I did a good job on the navigation for the whole race. Probably did not take the best route (in terms of points) but I timed the finish perfectly.
