Back to Clinton with Mike. I ran on the lower trail this week, which is less rocky and less hilly, so it's always an ego boost to feel like you're running much faster than usual. Legs felt good today.

Mike and I went for a trail run at Clinton, The tail is hard and cracked already; it's been a dry winter and spring. I felt pretty crappy the whole time; legs were just dead. Oh well.
