Had to squeeze in some orienteering today, to keep my weekly streak alive. Drew a short line O on west campus. One could think this would be a waste of time, I know this area well. But I blew up the map, and used an older version. The increased scale always throws me for a second, and the outdated map certainly makes me think. I tend to focus on just one thing, and if it's different than I expected, then I'm mixed up for a bit. Need to practice looking at the big picture. For example, right off the bat, I made a mistake because the second little building is no longer there.
My route. There was alot of traffic on campus today, which I hadn't planned on. But I should have expected it, because folks are looking for any way to avoid the construction at Iowa and 23rd this summer.
