What a beautiful day! Sunny and 21 in August! Perfect day for an outing on the Clinton Trails. I did 8 jog/2 walk repeats. Quads got really tired after 80 minutes, so I walked the last set. Didn't see any one else the whole time (other than Mike at the very beginning).
