Sprint drill ladders. I only did 2 reps, since I'm just starting to get back into the swing of things. Legs got tired.

Fun day at work, teaching 28 Girl Scouts about our company, some hands-on lab experiments, and a chat about science careers. Coincidentally, my colleague's daughter delivered her Girl Scout cookies this afternoon. Thin-Mint-a-Thon ensued.

The warm weather took its toll on some folks, times were long. Maybe the courses were a bit too tough, also. But a good turnout and everyone seemed to be in good spirits at the end. Sandy did a good job with the courses.

Putting out markers and water (!) for tomorrow's meet, I have never put out water for a February event before. But temps will be about 25c during the race and people will need water.

Beautiful warm night. I joined the dog walkers and kids at Antioch Park and ran some sprint drills. Tonight was "1 minute as fast as you can" repeats. These hurt. And I don't like to suffer. So I only did three repeats.

Plus I only had time to run three, since I had to meet Mike to get our taxes done. Then a stop at Ikea for dinner and a new Dokstra table
