Feeling wiped out and tired, but I still had to do more than an hour of exercise to hit my training goal for the week. Decided to take it easy in the basement while listening to podcasts.

Bike ride with Mike to Baker parking lot and back. It was muggy. The fireworks stands were coming down. Mike had trouble with his shifter and I had trouble with a headwind up the Kasold hill.
Today's set: Goblet Squats: 10 X 20lbs; 9X 25 lbs; 8X35 lbs; 8X35 lbs Front lat pulldown: 12X unknown weight Rear leg elevated split squat: 10Xbody weight; 10Xbody weight; 8X15lbs; 8X15lbs Chest press: 10X unknown weight. This was hard, and on the 4th set we lessened the weight and dropped to 8 reps Real Runner, 20 secs
We had a good turn out, and about half of the participants were women. Only two ran as individuals, the rest were in groups. I'm glad there are more women, I just wish we could get more who were interested in competing on their own. Baby steps, I guess.
