Mostly nice run at the Univ of WI Arboretum. The trails were great but the mosquitoes were not. I planned to be out for 80 minutes, and do some intervals at 30 and 60 minutes. But at 50 minutes I was getting covered by the damn bugs, so I ran fast to get away and get back to the car as soon as I could.
Hot but not too humid. Saw tons of rabbits, one deer, one turkey and four humans.

Mike and went to the Water Tower Park. We each drew a course. I ran my course first. I kept up a decent pace although it was hard to breathe sometimes. Never realized I had missed 4 until I downloaded my track.

Then I ran Mike's course. My legs were tired at the beginning. And I had to walk up the big hill. But I got it done.
