Long run at Kill Creek. I walked a lot of this because I once again didn't have much energy.

However, I was able to keep moving and reading on the go. And the woods/grass were not too terrible for this early in the season..

I was focusing so hard that one time my foot got caught in something. I looked down and it was caught in a deer skull. I had not even seen the skeleton.

I did well until control 11 and then I ran out of steam. I stood there for a bit, looking at the houses nearby, and pulling all the stick tights off. Which was a waste of time, since I got covered again really quickly.

The weather was sunny and warm, and there were lots of people in the park. When I finished, I checked my phone and saw several messages about the election results, woo hoo.

Got out at lunchtime for a fast-ish run. I haven't been running much lately and it's time to start getting in shape for the local O season coming up.

Later, we watched a virtual tour of Antarctica, led by two guides who took my MIL around Argentina and Chile last year. It was nice to "travel" there, especially since it's the only continent I haven't visited.
