Mike set me a fun course on his (almost finished) Holcom map. I kept the pace high and tried to keep moving.

I was really confused approaching 4 because my old eyes saw part of the X next to the wall line combined as a triangle shape, which made no sense.

I also had to adjust that all the trees were mapped as the same size, even if some were large and some were small.

It was nice to have the updated map with all the fences (and even the non-fence that they took down along Lawrence Ave recently).

Hot N hilly loop. I covered a tiny bit more distance in the one hour, so I must have been going faster than last week.

I found some “Pound” workouts on YouTube and did them in the basement. I took two classes in the good old days and enjoyed them, so I decided to try it again. It’s just a different way to get aerobic/core work
