I had planned to run today, but I just didn't feel like it in the morning. In the afternoon, I was falling asleep while reading so I stopped reading and took a long nap. Guess my body just needed a rest. I was able to do a light workout in the basement after my nap.

Long course at Clinton. I saw Fritz just before I started, he is doing the Bunker Hill challenge (do as many loops as you can before 4th of July).

Legs were tired, of course, so I planned to walk the whole course. I set a long course, but it was too long (plan was for 90 minutes) so I skipped 7 and 8.

Nice sunny warm day. Some wet spots on the trails, but not too bad. Woods are thick already so I minimized cutting through.
