It was a lovely day and I was so happy to get outside. I walked to Holcom and planned to go on the swings (it has been a crazy day). The swing set was there but most of the swings were gone! The only ones left were the bucket swings for toddlers. What's going on? I was so disappointed, but I continued my walk around the park. They're building new stands around the ball diamonds.

Mike and I wanted to check out the renovations at the Spencer Art Museum today. But there was a home football game. So we parked downtown and walked to and from the museum (only counting part of the time, since it was exercise for my foot).
Weird to see everything around the game: college kids drinking on their front porches; tailgating; outrageous parking fees; college bands.
