I was feeling really tired today, so I asked my trainer if we could take it easy. My resting HR has jumped quite a bit in the past two days. I decided to stay home tonight and rest instead of going to Pam's house for dinner with the family. Later in the night, I started to develop a chesty cough. Definitely a cold.
