PTOC event at Lexington Lake. We carpooled with Sandy, which was great to catch up. And Dean set an interesting course. And some of the fields had been burned, yeah! Trails were muddy and slippery, woods were the usual thorny crap. I walked for 10 minutes prior to starting and my foot didn't hurt during the race, woo hoo! I jogged several times for 300-400m each time.
Mostly pleased with my focus and navigation. Getting better at ignoring people in general, but I was pulled off by Mike near 2 and a couple at another rootstock near 10. Didn't stay on line going to 5, and probably picked the wrong route choice to 11.
Nice to chat with people after the finish and not to have to do anything to organize the event.

My quads are really tired now, and my foot hurts a little bit, but this is definitely progress.
