I haven't really been slack with the training lately, just slack with the training logging!!

High weights, low reps.
Chest - 40lb dumbbells, 50lb press, 50lb cables
Shoulders - 20lb flys, 30lb press, 60lb upright row

A clean brisk run on a crispy 1 degree evening. Legs felt fresh and recovered from the last few weeks, i feel ready to step into some consistent training again!
