Weights (Biceps / Back) 40:00 [4]

High weights, low reps.
35lm hammers, 30lb curls, 60lb barbell, 40lb vertical row
6 PM

Running 49:58 [2]

Stopped for 1 minute walking 3 times. Longest run in new shoes, and there seems to be some teething problems. Right ITB sensitive, but bizarrely left ITB doesn't want to be ignored and was sorer than the right! Starting this weekend i'm commencing a 1 month glutes and core definition plan to get them back on track...
