3rd to Sten and Pete, couldn't get near these guys, this is becoming a usual story...

I should've gotten 14 after 12 instead of climbing the hill again after 11. Could've probably knocked off a minute, doubt it would be enough to affect my placing tho.

No niggling injuries out on the run, quite a different story from my training. Will get assessed for new shoes by the runners world guys this week, hopefully this will change a few problems and i can take my training up a notch.

Body sore but haven't been exercising recently, i think i've been neglecting stretching and massages :/
