Cycle hills (Road) 1:50:02 [4] 49.8 km (2:13 / km)

A ride with Jamie along the Dunsborough coastal areas. Constant rolling hills. Went hard with the hills early, and then for the last 30 minutes finished it off along a flat stretch. I could've gone further but Jamie's legs were tiring, so i had alot of spare energy.

We saw this kid on one of these things at the boxing day run and thought it would be good for core fitness, as you're using muscles to stay balanced the whole time. So i went to toys r us yesterday and the rest is history.

The motion is closer to snowboarding and surfing than skateboarding.
