Slight hills, around karrinyup golf course with the dog. Legs a little tired from increased exercise. Only right shin was marginally sore. Won't get many runs in in the next week because it's bike week!

New wheels and new bearings. The bearings are everything, they run alot smoother and so much faster! Couldn't turn as tight as i normally could, hence the really cautious pace. Just wearing them in around the streets of Subiaco after parking my car there.

Rode into work with dad then did an extended loop. There were quite a few cowboys overtaking us early when we were warming up. Usually wearing board shorts and riding with their knees pointing out, they'd speed past us then slow right down in front, the point of which i do not know.

After i dropped my pack in at work i did a hill loop of kings park, riding with a pack of 3 for most of the way. Then went along mounts bay road to the narrows, and a loop of the bridges.

Ride on the way home. Not as many cowboys about, they must've been hit by a car this morning or are too worn out to ride home.

Parked the car in subi and ran the rest of the way around the southern end of kings park, back up to west perth. No shin pain.

A mate took us down to secret harbour early in the morning, where the water was warm and the waves were long.
