Cycle (3 Coastal Hills) 1:16:38 [3] 35.5 km (2:10 / km)

Went the first 30 minutes slogging it up 3 gradual hill rises, some of the highest points in the metro area (west of the darling scarp) - Ewan st, Hale rd, then up the steeper but shorter Empire ave.
Finished up getting into a rhythm along the coast from city beach to hillaries, then back home.

Just some balancing exercises and a few tricks on my ripstik. I'm almost at a level to make a youtube video...have to do it for the kids! Dude.

Run with my mate Scott, who's at about the same level of fitness distance wise, so i'll probably do some more with him.
Around the bridges on the foreshore, first time in years! Longest run since dunsborough but i should go for one of these once every week or 2 now. Shins a little vulnerable, pain 1/5. Would've noticed it more if i was going faster, but kept the pace slow.

Gwelup lake extended loop. Felt really good tonight! No shin pain, was just in a classic state of enjoyment for my running. I feel as though longer runs may be around the corner...

A run with dad on the perry lakes trails. Been a while since i've done anything in this location. Shins a bit sore at first, nothing bad 1/5.
