A slow effort, wasn't expecting anything more. Really trying not to get caught up in the competition side of the nav dash this year, and it looks like its working, a little bit too well.
Refreshing change to have the whole course with sport ident controls, thanks to the organisers.
Struggled on #7 when i read the map wrong and went to the wrong greenhouse, and on #14 where i thought the control was on the outside of the building.

Short run through gwelup reserve. I felt very heavy, maybe i am after the easter chocolate dose. Shins 1/5.

Ride to work. Had to do a detour through stirling where the path is getting ripped up, nothing too special.

Cycle (Road) 28:40 [3] 13.2 km (2:10 / km)

Ride home from work. A bit shorter, avoided the detour.

Short run in kings park. Parked the car at subi youth centre, ran through synergy park and around to work. Shins weren't the best, pain 2/5.

Calf exercises - raises, balances, massaging.

A quick session in the dark because i got home from work too late...at 5.40pm. Goodbye to exercising after work without a headlamp.

Looking forward already to the summer when daylight saving resumes, so i can have the CHOICE of exercising before or after work.
