Put in an honest effort, even though i was getting pushed around by the wind and the rain.
Haven't watched any of the tour yet. Over the last few months i've been waking up early at the expense of late nights. I'm finding it hard to reverse that trend so i can watch the tour!

Detour on the way home with dad, through lots of traffic. Very slow.

The 5 hills loop at an easy pace, with 80% surges up the hills.

A soft session on the Waveboard. Very cold, couldn't warm up. Maybe i should drop this in the winter.

Hanny was over for a holiday so Erin and i showed her around the local run spots. Did a loop around Carine and the golf course.
Energy was okay after a big bucks weekender! Shins were good too.
