Cruisey run around the bridges. Time includes 2 x 1 minute stops where we had a drink break. I feel as though i'm fitter than 2 months ago, i was running at the same comfort zone but the pace was slightly faster.

Another high cadence session back home. Slight wind most of the way, but other than that the conditions were great.

Tired in the legs, went a bit harder than this morning. After cleaning the bike yesterday i tried some skate speed cream on the chain and it's worked a treat!
