shoes: Jalas FLX

Wow. Possibly the toughest 6.8k i've ever done. Very thick and hilly. Body quite unfit, walked half of it.

Ride to Cott - wind was string on the way home, north easterly's are always the worst.

Very slow return ride to Cottesloe. A brand new shiny cassette and chain doesn't function well if the gears aren't tuned. Had to ride cautiously until i checked it in to the sick bay at the bike store.
