Met with dad and did an extended loop around karrinyup golf course and lake gwelup.

A pretty poor effort. After about 20 minutes of good riding it started to rain, so we decided to abandon the ride to Cott to avoid the oily roads. Had a coffee at Soda and then finally rode hard on the stretch up Hepburn avenue. Overall a cruisy affair, legs felt heavy anyway so probably should have a rest day soon.
