Orienteering (M21A) 2:29:52 [3] 10.7 km (14:00 / km)

Crazy crazy hills, large rocks, punishing. A very technical course, and my bearings were always off track. Twisted my ankle going to 18, but this won't be as sore as my quads. I've really got to lay off the hills in the next 2 weeks to recover for the half marathon, i am that unfit.
