Cycle race (Time Trial) 1:15:44 [5] 39.0 km (1:57 / km)

Hilly Classic 4 @Gidgegannup - this is just what i like. Individual competition with no packs or drafting allowed, over varied terrain! :) Not that i came anywhere near the winning times, but i stayed away from last place. I want to do more of these, especially the hill rides. Maybe if i do enough of these i can upgrade to a carbon bike and see if that makes much of a difference.

I focused on keeping the cadence at around 110-120 on the flat, and about 100 up the hills, similar to Wednesday's ride. I felt like i had more energy for the hills, could maintain a faster consistent pace, and took pressure off my back (no pain).

I usually can't be bothered logging weights and anaerobic exercise anymore, but i want to monitor my core development.

Easy ride to work on a windless morning (finally!).

Felt flat at first, then i lifted my game got into a good rhythm - kept the cadence really high. Wind wasn't that bad.
