Event at Joondalup ECU. Legs felt fresh, although i took a while to get into the groove. The sneaky locations of #1 and #2 caused me some problems but that was about it.

Wow, hardly anything in the tank tonight. I forgot how many little hills are on the way from karrinyup road to joondalup. I wanted to stop at my parents house. It's amazing how much of a setback a big cold can have on your fitness
