One last run up in John Forrest, this time with some of the boys to show them how good it is! Didn't have the luxury of having a 2nd driver, but that was alright as the extra distance to the original parking bay was good. Two long hills, the main one i took 8:29min.

Set out on my last ride in Perth for a while. Rode via herdsman into the city, mounts bay road, through nedlands, claremont, cott, grabbed a muffin and stretched at the beach.

Kept a cruisey pace on the way home along the coast, heading into a decent northerly wind (still summer??).

Last time on these things for a while, as i won't be carting them over to Canada with me. Butt muscles hurting afterwards, they did their job.

Running hills 34:53 [4]

Almost made it to JK training, but was weary of my dodgey health from last week and didn't want to push myself too hard...this time last week i got the sore throat after training. So i did my own thing, a 10:47min warm up around lake joondalup, then some repetitions up a hill trail:
1) 1:38 min with 2:56 min recovery
2) 1:48 min with 4:32 min recovery
3) 1:50 min with 11:20 min warm down
