Good to be back with the group! I think my body will be shocked recovering from the longest run i've had in months. Only felt a twang in my ITB around the 40-50 minute mark, but my groin and shins were fine.
After having almost a week off with the distractions of my birthday holiday, it's good to get back into running again. Was tired and extremely humid tonight but it was a must.
